Aero Roofing SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms cover text messages sent by Aero Roofing (Aero Construction LLC dba Aero Roofing, 216 Nawakwa Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307) from (248) 720-5404. Aero Roofing runs two text programs: Customer Updates and Staff Lead Alerts.
1. Customer Updates program
How to opt in: On our Contact Us form, enter your mobile number and check the optional box that says you agree to get text messages from Aero Roofing. The box is unchecked by default. You don’t have to check it to submit the form or to hire us. If you leave it unchecked, we will only contact you by phone call or email.
What we send: texts about your roofing estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, job status updates, and one request for a review after your job is complete. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
Sample messages:
- “Aero Roofing: Hi Sarah, thanks for reaching out! Josh can come by for your free roof estimate Tue 10/14 at 3pm. Reply YES to confirm or call (248) 428-3386. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Aero Roofing: Your roof replacement at 123 Main St is scheduled to start Thu 10/16 at 7am. Please move vehicles from the driveway. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
- “Aero Roofing: Thanks for choosing us for your new roof! If you were happy with our work, would you leave us a quick review? https://aeroroofingservices.com/reviews/ Reply STOP to opt out.”
2. Staff Lead Alerts program
How to opt in: Aero Roofing employees and staff opt in by signing a written SMS consent form giving the cell number where they want alerts. We do not text staff who have not signed the form.
What we send: alerts when a new estimate request or lead comes in through our website, with the customer’s name, contact details, and request so staff can follow up.
Sample message: “Aero Roofing lead alert: New estimate request from John D., (248) 555-0123, Rochester Hills – roof leak over garage. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. For customers, it depends on your project, usually a few messages per project. For staff, it depends on how many leads come in.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Aero Roofing does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and after that you won’t get any more texts from us. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again the same way.

Consent is not a condition of purchase
You don’t have to agree to get text messages to buy any goods or services from Aero Roofing.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Privacy
